• You are solely responsible for keeping your nagabet account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.

• Nagabet accounts are non-transferable to any other party under any circumstances.
• Nagabet reserves the right to freeze accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Balances in inactive accounts will be retained and can be reclaimed upon logging back in.

3.2 Withdrawal Requirements

• Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through unlawful means or in breach of these terms will result in account closure and a report to the relevant authorities.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• All nagabet bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms, unless otherwise specified in writing.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per promotion, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts or to any other party.
• Nagabet reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, fraudulent coordination, or attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original bonus terms, the original Malay-language version shall serve as the definitive reference.

4.2 Rollover Requirements

Rollover refers to the total wagering amount that must be met before bonus funds and bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before withdrawing any bonus-related winnings.

• Eligible wagers for bonus rollover are bets placed on games specified in the bonus terms — typically including slots, Live Casino, football, and e-sports on nagabet.
• The time limit for meeting rollover requirements is stated in each bonus's terms. Bonuses that expire without the rollover being fulfilled will be cancelled.
• Bets placed on football matches with odds below 1.50 may not count in full toward certain bonus rollovers – please refer to the specific bonus terms.

All bets and games on nagabet are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game type. By placing any bet on nagabet, you agree to these rules.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in circumstances expressly provided for under the relevant game rules.
• Nagabet reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, system disruption, or exceptional circumstances that affect the outcome of a wager.
• If a football match or sporting event is postponed or cancelled, pre-match bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant rules – typically the bet is voided and the amount credited back to your account.
• Nagabet uses a real-time odds system. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and table. The current limits are always displayed before you place a bet.

• Balance Upon Closure: In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, nagabet reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with that breach. For valid voluntary closures, your remaining balance will be returned to you.
• Data After Closure: Nagabet will retain transaction records and data required for legal compliance for the period prescribed by Malaysian law, even after an account has been closed.

• Nagabet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these terms.
• Nagabet's failure to enforce any term at a given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that term in the future.
